The power of the form comes from total clarity without the need to rely on your brain and thoughts to make your body respond, just pure instinct and reflex. Goku was able to get there only by being under duress so absurdly monumental and dumb that even facing an immortal multiverse eating god wasnt enough to even give him the Omen form. On top of that, he suffers monumental backlash from being in the form for extended periods of time, so there's that to contend with. While yes, hes mastered using the form when he gets it, hes still got a long way to go to actually mastering the form itself.

It's reflex ONLY.* Goku DID master UI itself against jiren. It's just so hard to use this technique that goku can't do it everytime he wants yet. Since ssg goku is literaly just base form goku using God ki and ultra instinct goku is just base form goku using ultra instinct. In both cases he transforms so it's a transformation as well as it is a technique.

How did you do this? What software did you use? I use to draw 8 hours a day growing up. Lately I have been making music on my computer. We should make an original cartoon series, with epic music. The way Goku turned around, and the way you made Whis hands move when he was preparing to attack, that was epic! 1:52 You put power into his movements. That was amazing!
