Hi Tim! is that new baby here yet? How are things going? I wish your family a blessed Christmas and Happy new year! I like a lot of individual features in this home: the generous pantry, the pocket office, how the master bath leads into the laundry room, the cabinetry, and the set-up of the guest suite is really nice. As for the entire package, I'm not a huge fan. The basement featured lovely rooms, but being below grade with those deep window wells is a deal breaker for me. To look out into a cement wall would make me feel claustrophobic. I would love this house so much more if the same bedrooms and rec space were on an upper floor above the main floor.

Love the master bath and the accent color on the wall. I think the stager is stuck in the 80s.

Nice floorpan and exterior. Way too much furniture in some rooms. Master bedroom looks like a tanning solarium. I'm a bit of a fan of the reverse floorplan.
