o.O Dear Lord, NOT for real targets, could be old tanks or anything that need to be recicled. Or just the ground. I'm in a comic project that make a use for these weapons to save lives. And it's not to fighting against each other, even with other races. Is something like to avoid disasters. To my see, everyting can be used to hurt other people, guns, knifes, missiles, nails, pencils, wood, words. The big problem is a person with a rotten mind, that do anything to create a situation and injure others. So, I'm fighting against it.

CEASAR has no secondary weapon, the PZH has a machine gun 5 and a smoke grenade system as a secondary weapon. CEASAR can carry 30 projectiles, PZH 2000 can carry 60 projectiles. That multi-rocket launcher casually launches 8 rockets, put the battery back in transport mode and trundle off. In reality it would have been destroyed by counter battery fire after the first rocket. All of these teams are slow, slow, slow. You train like you fight; with speed and purpose by repetition and muscle memory. Rotate every member of a crew through each job to ensure no lapses if one is taken out through being a casualty.

Oh I know they can cook off. That's true and it sucks. But have you thought about the lives that are lost, when mortars start malfunctioning noticeably more often and the indirect fire support stops coming in? Luckily munitions exploding in or right after exiting the barrel are very rare, in basically every modern military. Even when they do happen, there were steps (hindsight 20-20) that could've been taken to avoid the accident.
