Definitely the 151 UPC. The odds seem way better in pulling something from 16 packs that are the same vs 16 random packs from sets that have the worst pull rates ever. Plus 151 is still fairly new. Those promos will eventually go up in value, and who knows maybe more than the Charizards.

The Charizard Box looks great and has good amount of storage to boot. Interestingly English promo cards started out as Art Rares or Secret Art Rares in Japanese; funnily enough I pulled that Charizard VSTAR from VSTAR Universe. XD

its a decent value from the pack standpoint and a nice sampling of the sets. If youre just getting back into it, I would definitely rip some Crown Zenith! It's an insanely fun set to open!
