I have been watching since your Uni days and always found something to take away. The day in your life are always packed with ways to kick start the day. Hi Holly, thanks for another great video. I have a question about your to do lists. Do you set yourself time limits for things/how to do you deal with something running over the time you expected it to take? I get in a bit of a funk if I run over time and then sometimes just give up on the whole day! I would really appreciate your advice. Thank you! x

Do you know how to do it and did you ever consider actually doing it ?
