Think, due to a coding issue the square shines are supposed to be 3% but it is 97%, so the star shines are less common then square shines Edit: I never found a shiny in Pokémon sword, but congrats Think

think, the difference between ultra shiny/shtered shiny is that when you encounter or play the pokemon, the shiny *sparkles*/stars are different, they are *square*. also the shiny sparkle has a "blast" look to it

He s not the one finding them its ppl online hosting them. They use a hacked switch and skip the date on tbeir switch to get to a day that there is a shiny raid. For a more in depth explanation serach the youtuber @BLAINES

I have a level 100 square shiny Arctovish with pokerus traded to me by surprise trade from Germany. I'm 99% sure the person who traded it to me did it on accident. I know no one will believe me tho. Actually square shinies are more common in the wild than breeding and star shinies are more common by breeding than in the wild. So you weren't that lucky.
