@@SeelkadoomEditz Well I am not quite sure to be honest. The Shin Akuma mod I have is a V1.1 so there could be a chance for it will not be activated! You need to try! Anyway here is the link but just make sure you swap that ,,cryptopp.dll,, extension file with the old one you've got otherwise the mod won't work, all the instructions are in the folder! Oni is the final demon form of Akuma so eventually Oni is stronger if we consider the storyline only but technically Akuma is stronger since he has more efficient attacks and defensive methods.

I would say the CPU boss Akuma (SSF2T) and CPU Shin Akuma (Alpha 2) are the strongest. Capcom had started nerfing him from Alpha 3, 2nd Impact, USF4, and now SF6, in the term of damage level.
