Mido is Swiss Lux to be fair, albeit mid tier. That date is in the middle of the chuffin dial😂. Like the Longines Legend Diver, Happy new year btw...

I’ll preface this with the fact that I’m not a very hairy dude: this pulled less hair than any of the rolled steel bracelets like you see on Timex or older seikos. But I wear it just a bit tight, so less movement to grab hairs.

If you’re patient and keep an eye on auction sites you could find a great deal. Mido is one of those “under the radar” brands. But you could also use that time to do so many other worthwhile things 😎

I’ve heard similar. Certina as well. Swatch group has apparently chosen to push Tissot and Hamilton in the US and Europe. I couldn’t really find any solid sources to quote so I left it out of the video.

At least , here in México, is one of the most beloved watch brands. Don’t know if in the south is the same.
