小さいころから「なんでジョーニアスはスーツになると少しブサイクというか顔変わっちゃうんだろう？」って思ってたけど、新スーツはアニメからそのまま飛び出してきたような姿で最初見た時良い意味で衝撃的だったし、感動した！！！ ウルフェス2019からEXPO、そしてギャラファイ2と活躍してくれて嬉しい！！！！

技術的な問題ですかね。ただ当時はジョーニアスだけでなく、他のウルトラ兄弟もオリジナル時と比較すると再現度がイマイチだったと記憶しています。

@@地球人-e4q さん 初代マンやセブンのオリジナルスーツは、当時の撮影の使用で使い古されたり経年劣化で駄目だってのでしょうね。当時はまだオリジナルを忠実に再現する技術が未熟だった為、作品毎にスーツがバラついてましたね。

確かジョーニアスのスーツの初登場は、1981年か1982年で私がまだ小学生の頃だったかと思います。 当時の顔は、ホントに丸っこくて「えっ？これがジョーニアス？」と思うほどでした。 福岡市東区香椎に「アピロス香椎店」が存在していた頃、ウルトラマン80までのウルトラマン達が大集合(ウルトラの父・ウルトラの母も勿論)しましてのショーが行われ、隣町に住んでいた私は香椎まで出掛けたのです。 いやぁ豪華でした。 しかし土日ではなく平日の夕方だったよう(←少し記憶が曖昧)で、観客には周辺の中学・高校の女子生徒達が多く詰めかけ、ショーを見つつ「お姉さん達可愛いなぁ」などと思っておりました。

The new Joneus suit looks beautiful, even with the anime-accurate bright white instead of the typical silver on most Ultra suits, and definitely better-looking than the 1979 suit we only saw like once or twice. Plus, one thing I kinda never liked about the old 1979 Joneus suit is the kind of blocky, squared head, it kinda looks off to me, I’m glad they fixed it with the new suit and made it more true to the anime

Of course I don't think Joe have any chance if Tartarus use projectile attack since even he struggle a bit when destroying small attack from Tartarus.. but I think Zero implying in terms of close combat, Joe is stronger than him (not surprising since he is the strongest warrior on his planet lol). Zero have to stack his power up while Joe can fend off in his own base form (must be because of that muscle). But since Joe will train Zero.. he probably will surpass him (until another ultra power creep happen haha).
