That's because we get to see him a lot of times even after the series! We also should be able to see Tiga outside the series if they show his whole History. Dyna's Adventure continues as a Epilogue, while Tiga's adventure continued as a Prelogue. If they make a Prequel to Tiga, like Orb Origin Saga, we'll get to see him again for longer, like how we get to see him in a Miniseries after a Movie.

As messed up as it is Tsuburaya doesn't want to lose their Mainland chinese fanbase and potential money maker so they banned him from any ultra project moving forward. At least until there are some major changes to the controversy.

Despite Dyna's theme being extremely catchy, in my opinion the 32 bits version of the song featured in the game "Taiketsu! Ultra Hero" managed to be more catchy... Or it was because I have played that game a lot... But both version are still amazing
