I still don't understand why they made it a soul i think they should of added fuse with players like with the dance or ear rings rather than another pain in the arse gatcha. just think they should focus on quality of life improvements like enchant removers not getting rid of your enchants and giving them back too you and not adding cool downs to raids or making them lower or sensu easier to get since they are way too expensive. like the game as an mmo has a lot of potential if they start doing what the people want in the suggestions rather than focus on greed i understand you got to make a living but personally i think souls should just be a lesser priority and focus on expanding content and quality of life stuff.
