Thats just Dragon Balls scaling. Dragon Balls OG was an adventure series, with martial arts-inspired fights. Dragon Balls Z (and Super) was basically a different show. It’s about fights and power scaling, not really about adventures anymore.

Some of these "rules" are untrue. The "one year" on multires was stated because of the sheer scope of the wish being inquired about, bringing back EVERYONE killed by Freeza and his men. There wasn't a limit placed on locale in the wish, so time played a factor because it had galaxy-spanning ramifications. The same wish twice limit is a misinterpretation of the "can't be wished back to life twice" rule. Bulma is on record having made youth wishes more than once. I should add that if they used the Earth Dragon Balls to undo Freeza's carnage in the Resurrection F storyline, they would have likely wished back "everyone killed by Freeza and his men", technically the same wish.

Its also because Kami Took Over as the "Creator" of the Dragon Balls. Since Kami and Piccolo were originally one when they were split each had much less power than they would have normally so just like how when using multi-form it splits their power and how when fusing it instead multiplies their power, it considerably reduced it. Another part of it is that Piccolo has done considerably more training with stronger people than other Namekians.

Honestly, the best wish to make with the dragon balls would be to have the dragon merge with you. Transcending the realms allowing you to travel anywhere, even to places where the gods can not. Full access to the dragons reality warping magic, dragon immortality, along with GT Goku seem to summon himself, and to be able to easily revive people with just 1 ball. After that just try to do the same with Super Sheron, getting the balls, and learning the language would be easy with the dragon's knowledge, and powers.

We already know the Earth Shadow Dragons, but what if, say, the Namekian Dragon Balls were overused to the point of making Shadow Dragons? (And given the dub tradition of naming each of the dragons after one letter of the parent Dragon's name - Syn, Haze, Eis, Nuova, Rage, Oceanus, Naturon SHENRON - I wonder what names the Porunga Shadow Dragons would take) Heck, what if the Super Dragon Balls were to create their own Shadow Dragons? Regarding the Earth dragon balls and reviving Freeza, wasn't that after Dende became Earth's Kami and strengthened the dragon balls during recreating them? So the thing about that one year rule for reviving someone only up to one year after there death is more like a restriction from the previous set of Earth dragon balls made by Kami, while Dende created a stronger set.

The Name "Katas" mentioned in Dragon Ball Daima is technically the *GRANDFATHER* of our current Piccolo & the *FATHER* of the Old Demon King Piccolo & Kami/ The Nameless Namekian The Father of the Nameless Namekian is Katas, He died during the great drought on Namek, but before his death he sent off The Nameless Namekian to Earth in a Space Pod. (Kinda the same story as Goku when you think about it). The Nameless Namekian then split into two, the evil side manifesting cuz of the Human's on earth Being Evil. 1 minute and already mistakes are made. There are 2 different Earth Dragon Balls. The Original ones created by Kami, and the 2nd Set created by Dende. Both those balls have different rules, the biggest difference between the 2nd one grants 2 wishes instead of just 1. (it Basically splits the difference between the Namekian DBs, which can grant 3, however, the "power" of wish is divided depending on how many wishes you grant)

so much of this is wrong 1: disregard anything that mentions GT that series is non-canon and has been for years so ignore any time events of GT are mentioned 2: right after it talks about GT in the earth's dragon balls part it talks about Heroes which is also not canon just like GT dark dragon balls and Zeno dende are not a thing in dragon ball 3: many of the "rules" in dragon ball come and go with little explanation and fans have tried to piece them together Toriyama was making them up as he went anyways so its impossible to make actual rules in a neat way so just ignore this entire video its all wrong
