Thats just Dragon Balls scaling. Dragon Balls OG was an adventure series, with martial arts-inspired fights. Dragon Balls Z (and Super) was basically a different show. It’s about fights and power scaling, not really about adventures anymore.

You know? I always wondered about something. Why did Android 17 ONLY wish for the restoration of the universes that were destroyed by Zeno during the Tournament of Power? And not also the many universes that Zeno destroyed out of boredom before he met Goku and all? And also: Did you not forget that Zamasu also used the Super Dragon Balls to wish for immortality BEFORE wishing to be body swapped with Goku? 🤔 And also: The Super Dragon Balls seem to also need a year to be operational again.
