Hey do you have any tips for p% speedrunning? I am a 500 hours ultrakill player who does p-1 p% however i am scared shitless to do a non boss level p% run, any advice?

*- Be familiar with your arsenal -* I know you might've already done this, but it's important to know what weapons you will use. Some weapons are more favored for speedrunning (sawblade launcher, slab piercer, malicious railcannon, etc.) but generally every weapon can be used efficiently as long as you know what you can do with it. *- Learn the essentials. -* Try to learn the must-have skills to have as a baseline for speedrunning. This can apply to movement (dash jump, dash slide jump, dive, wall bounce, ultraboosts, etc.) and game mechanics (splitshots, core nuke, rocket ride, railcoin, etc.). PsychoGenetic has some great guides on how to perform these movement techs. *- Practice slow. Slow is smooth, smooth is fast. -* I find it more efficient to practice one section of the level at a time, preferably at 50% game speed if I need to focus at high speed/complex strategies. *- Work your way up -* Start off with simpler strats, then if you can do it consistently and you feel like you can do better, switch it up to more complex ones. *- Enjoy the process -* You might find it frustrating at some point, but remember that at the end of the day, it's just a game. You are meant to have fun, so just enjoy the process. Hope some of these can help.

As said before, 1-3 and 7-1 are good levels, because they are a mix of normal arenas and bosses, so you can learn a bit of both. Although, I would personally recommend you to run whatever level that you find fun.
