I feel like a layer THIS stylized would either have completely different enemies, or it would have every enemy painted in the gold and black theme, potentially giving the enemies some sort of “fraud” buff

But i really do love this level, it in so many ways matches what i’d expect and rises above that expectation in a lot of ways. Fake doors, areas rising from nowhere, everything fits the theme perfectly.

Idea for enemies in this level: (yet to be named) slender humanoids that wear a dress and a mask. Shoots white shards ( decrease your health over time, like a bleeding effect) really really fast then run out of the players vision. They won’t stop running if you see them. Mini boss idea: 3 street cleaners wearing full robes with runic symbols on it and a hood. Like regular street cleaners they can dodge some projectiles. Instead of chasing you with flamethrowers. They hold sniper rifles. They leave your vision with only a red dot appearing on you. Their blood is also poison

What I’ll add is that these are primarily based off a conspiracy theory that most of the richest people are part of a cult. Poisonous blood refers to the poisoning of people. And the masked enemies are based off of the movie eyes wide shut where they enter a masked ball of a cult

Figuring the challange on my own was pretty fun. One time i was doing a P-run and i missed the whiplash to the pedestal albeit the door to the terminal opened anyway so i messed arouns with the skull until i found out
