Tyrant is a chimera monster formed by the souls of dead monsters, notably Alien Icarus, Barabas, Hanzagiran, Bemstar, RedKing and Gomora. So it does makes sense since the Fullmoon Rect purifies the darkness inside those souls and eventually breaks down Tyrant formation, separating them apart.

Tyrant is a combined monster from the vengeful spirit of the monsters, full moon rect purifies the negative energy so when Tyrant gets full moon rect he disappear because the soul has being purify therefore returning again to the monster graveyard
