What is test standard you had followed?

this test only scanned and detected defect but when we want interpretation defects then use A388 standard reference that include two procedure and to sensitivity method ( DGS.DAC) and in this standard has acceptanc critical for two method furthermore We use of DGS curve that is especially for each probe

What is the possible reason for these detects? How to interpret this kind of defects?

This defect acurred in center of raw material .in fact I was cut the shaft in two side then I could see a linear defect in center of shaft .meanwhile in this video only I detected the defect. I don't say anything about the result of test.
