There is cavitation. And some amount of air is taken from outside. There are different recommendations about time, but overall solution exposure time is more important than activation itself. I expose till solution no longer gets turbid.

Where u get the training blocks with lateral canals? And what blue dye you using?

I drill lateral canal with a sharpened K-file. As you can see, only the third attempt was effective. Oil lubrication required. I use cheap inkjet printer dye. It was a chiose of three. The cheaper is dye, the faster it decolorates with hypochlorite.

Если не выходить активатором за верхушку - ничего не выводит. Если корень не торчит в пазуху, то считайте это закрытой системой. ничего он в закрытую систему не выводит. Был добавлен 96% этанол.

Lowest power, Endo mode. If increase power, it vibrates much more, but it becomes very aggressive to the walls and curvatures.

@@artem_kurov Sorry for the late answer. Try to use Stainless Steel Spreaders ISO 35 or 40 and bend them. Set the power on 30% (period or general). You can take off the plastic handle by heating one the flame. I guarantee You will have much different results. I made few vids for my lectures and my PUI looks way different. Cheers and keep safe.

What do you mean by open system and closed one

Commonly used term "open system" means root canal is connected to another volume. It can be divergenting and apically connected canals, like mb1 and mb2, some kind of isthmus, a drained cyst or a maxillary sinus. Open system means that liquid can go free and through. Closed systems are normal single canals with firm periodontal tissue. The liquid can only go backwards to the orifice.

Артем Куров Ahh now i understand Thanks for answering dear doc One more question İf i have a straight canal and another curved one İ need a size of 30.4 or 35.4 so i can be sure the irrigation reaches the apex with agitation? Or i can do 25.4 for both or each one a different approach ? From your expierence and thank you again dear doc

@@salihkubba4017 First of all, your irrigation needle diameter is 0,29 mm. You need to reach the working length with a needle, so 30.04 is needed. Natrium hypochlorite 5% has a high surface tension, so it will not go in any canal below 30 without agitation. Because of surface tension, air bubbles can block the canal even with agitation. But you can use solutions with lower surface tension, like Hypoclean, in smaller canals. That is not my experience, it's research based info.

You can find comparison with Er YAG laser here on KZbin. It is comparable in small systems. But you need Erbium laser. Other lasers do nothing.

The main difference is exposition. It takes seconds to oxidize ink dye, but about 20 minutes to remove organic tissues
