Thank you for mentioning the sleep cycle. This past Wednesday baby was moving like an Olympian. As of Friday, baby was moving much less but I counted more than 10 kicks in 2 hours. He’s probably sleeping more. He still moves, just not as active as before.

How to stop the gas cramps I have had tonight ;( I ate too much veggie and now paying for it at night but I normally get some mild right sided cramps for over 9 weeks I hate it wish we didn’t get any cramps during the first 26 weeks

I m on 22 week and so far all was good but last week I m really suffering at nights. I have weird dreams I can't sleep due to baby moving (although I don't really mind it 💕👶🏼), but the most terrible is leg cramps. Idk how to avoid it. I m takin magnesium and other vitamins, I rest and eat good but pain and cramping still occur 😣 pls any advice would be helpful, thanks

Sorry cannot recommend any medicine but drink plenty of lukewarm water and more liquid intake will help .

I used to have problems with UTI and no antibiotics could cure it but PRAISE JESUS 7 days of garlic took care of it! And hot lemon water is my favorite right now, it gets rid of all the unwanted bad symptoms while being pregnant!!
