Hi, I cut all of Gnopper Plant in my game, so I need to cultivate them again. But how can I full developed it ? No matter what I try, the head plant never shows!

Hello! It would be much easier if you have already acquired the scanner upgrade. If not, you will get it as you progress. The growth is dependent on both the soil health and the "root system weight", in other words how many above ground components the roots can support. If either of those stats are inadequate, or there isnt enough space in the room, then it won't have enough nutrients to grow a new head. These stats are determined by how healthy the soil is and how much room the roots have to grow underground. It sits on top of the place where it grows from. To get to it use the trimmer and it will be cut free!
