Thanks for sharing. Wow, that rock looks gnarly…even on a small, slow day. I wonder how often tourists hit it? On higher tides, is it completely submerged that people surf over it without even knowing?

Thanks for watching and leaving a comment! The rock at Uluwatu is definitely a challenge, even on small days. Fortunately, there haven't been too many accidents involving tourists hitting the rock. But it's always important to be aware of your surroundings and respect the local conditions. And yes, at higher tides, the rock can become submerged, which can catch some surfers off guard. That's why it's always a good idea to check the tide charts and surf with caution. Have a great day!

We were just there surfing at Uluwatu during the full moon period, not the biggest waves but still fun - lucky for everyone the Bukit is never flat 🌊 😄 🤙🤙🤙 (... nice dodgy rock dodging 😅)
