I have been using a commando since February..14000+ km done..did have a few clutch issues and the wiring underneath the seat gets tangled sometimes..so 2 major issues I faced.. but ya have taken it to long rides and was very comfortable. the um team has even gone to Leh Ladakh now. So it's capable of that terrain too..so overall a good bike..with a few issues which they can solve before releasing new batches

Dude Its a Nice video and Nice Bike. Welcome to Renegade Family. I own a Moss Green commando. I too hear a lot many negative things but Renegade is Renegade. Good that u r not following a herd, Every other guy is now having an RE these days of-course its their love and wish, I felt the heating issue but I saw myself that even Harley street (5.7 Lac) is not even a liquid cooled and u cannot bear the engine heat if ur on sandal. Yes, bike looks are good its a raw bike i felt the same abt console. Please stop worrying if anybody states abt China makes as they can replicate and duplicate any man made thing. This bike is a head turner and Thumbs Up for your option

Some vibrations here nd there bt common man it's a motorcycle and every engine heats man this is not the case with this bike only .. hathi Mt Palo bhai .. none of the bikes of royal Enfield are cruisers ..in low budget avenger is good choice else go for renegade series there is no other bike in between who accomplish the crusing purpose....

It's a fully fake company getting cheap chinese engines and doing assembling business here in india, just doing rebadging ans selling bike at 3 times their cost. I have been using the renegade bike for last 8 months and regretting the day I bought it. All its nuts and bolts got rusted within 2 months of purchase, it is built of cheap quality plastics and thin iron metal sheet and engine starts overheating and giving vibrations, after few months of use. their technicians and service guys don't know how to resolve simple issues and openly say it will remain like this, about their customer care no from Delhi is fake , they never pick the calls from customers and never reply them on mails as well, hence advising all the prospective buyers to avoid these defective, untested products and Unprofessional company

Yes it's a US brand but the truth is that they actually have an office in US for address purposes but whole bike from engine to body parts everything is manufactured in China(like most things today so nothing wrong in that) but they are cashing in by pretending that they are a core USA company and that's wrong and the quality is sub standard I know people who got rusting problem in the 2nd week of purchase and after 2 months they had to replace some bolts and handle bar because of quality issue. Wiring is very poor. Brake wire cuts in 2 months it doesn't break but actually cuts because it's rubbing against some part. So basic manufacturing quality is too low. And the only good thing is they way it looks extremely poor service network and staff. They are importing all parts from China and simply assembling here in India plant, and these people make reviews in such a way that this is a great bike for the sake of content. Today at this price point only best bike is Dominar and in cruiser category avenger is still better than this one.

Rohan Gulig all three of them are in different segment... Depends what kind of rider are u..?? If u love to race then u shud go for KTM and if u r a highway rider u shud go for UM or RE... Its better to go wid UM coz maintaining it is more easy than royal enfield

kya chutiya bike hai.Jugaarrii. Gareeebon ka Harley. Issko dekh k Micromax ki yaad aa jati .Saaley cheaters ,rebadgers. In this price MOJO is far better option if cruising is the only choosing criteria.This bike carries neither any nostalgia factor with it like an Enfield nor it is technically sound. Wastage of money. Don't fall prey to this Jugarri bike and Jugarri company.Lohia motors assembles this bike and you know what they are good at,Tractors. Anyway drive safe and pls don't keep your safety gear limited to Helmet. Knees ,elbows ,back all require similar amount of protection. If anyday i had to chose a bike again i will keep 30k for safety gear only even if that means going a segment down for bike itself.

Hi Sumeet. I would definitely recommend MOJO over this bike any day. I would recommend Mojo, Dominar, Royal Enfield over these guys. I think you should also see the Dominar as well. But whatever you do, please don't buy this renegade crap. My tiff with this company has always been their claim of being "American" as in US-based. The US has never been anything more than a small market for them. They tried to sell here,. but failed miserably and shutdown in 2009. The manner in which they shutdown and the way the disowned their customers and dishonored their warranty is worrisone. They abandoned and left the market quietly without a trace. While they were in the US they were unknown. Their main markets have always been Latin American countries - especially Colombia where these people started and came from. Their business model is buying bikes from China and selling in 3rd world countries like Colombia. But the same model will not work in a quality seeking market like the US - and that's what happened. They failed in the US because their chinese products just don't satisfy the quality expectations of an average American. In the process of running a business with an investment of more than USD 0.5 million in the US, the brothers both became citizens of the US. They are now using this to claim they they are an American originated company. It is nothing more than a trade gimmick. You can do this too. Nothing changes the fact that their bikes are Chinese. They have been arguing that a lot of US companies make thier products in China, but the according to me that's just not the same thing as buying Chinese-company-made products and selling them under your brand name. Mind you - that brand name itself has no real "American Heritage". The Villegas brothers who run this company are known to make false claims and promises that they cannot keep.
