The flavorful tender beef and rice recipe. In this recipe we have just used Pink salt. This rice recipe with meat is full of natural flavors of the ingredients. Basmati sella rice with 5 lbs of meat with bone I have seasoned this delicious recipe with a whole onion and a whole bulb of garlic and pink salt, which also know as Himalayan Pink salt.
first i have boiled the meat upto 1.5 to 2 hours later I have mixed the meat with broth in rice in one pan and Then guys i have slow steamed the rice and and meat in one pan for 30 minutes. Watch the whole video for better understanding.
Ingredients
5lbs of beef with bone
1.5 to 2lbs of basmati sella rice
Half liter of water once you add soaked rice
2 tsp of Pink salt
1 whole onion
8 to 10 cloves of garlic.
oil 8 to 10 tsp.
Carrots 200g.
brown sugar 1 tsp.
