Allah Himself says they have a disease in their hearts and they will wander in their diseases blindly. Do not insult them incase they insult our beloved Prophet or Allah and if they do leave them in their error. Ofcourse they say hurtful disgusting demeanful things which they have no knowledge of - but it is up to Allah to take everything to account and Allah is never unjust when he takes things to account.
