Umar is Pakistani born Trader , i know him through youtube since three years. He is absolute Gem.
@MrFD-on4bt2 ай бұрын
My favorite part from what he said was coming to America, he realized how lucky he was to be here with all the possible opportunities to be successful in life. Look at all these citizens born in the US complaining that life is not fair for them and they never had the opportunity to become successful. I wonder, have those people actually tried to be successful? Or did they try for three months and then give up and blame everyone around them?
@gwkafaq7020Ай бұрын
Ofc .. people like us in country like pakistan and India .. lol how hard we try we still get end up on the same place

Most people born in feel entitled, they're American so things should come easy. Their immigrant forefathers who came to this country were happy for the opportunity of a new life, they workef hard. My all time favorite is Americans complaining Mexicans are taking all the jods lmao😂. I don't know of any American who would pick cabbage in the sun all day for less than minimum wage...

The best said by UMER " Learn from the market concepts not from the Courses" This make a lot of sense!!
@KT-gu5nd2 ай бұрын
Umar used to offer a course call Stock Market Lab that charged folks like $3000. That’s how he really made his money, and not from this nonsense he is now spewing about his supposed trading expertise that has made him millions. Folks are so gullible to believe all baseless talks and lies from these trade “furus.”

I completely agree on his comment about not setting a P&L target and just trade. So many times I thought: “I’m up $900 on this trade, let’s exit at $1000”… guess how many times that worked. Take some profit and let a smaller piece if you want to see how far it goes.

For retail traders, it can be in a disadvantage position to trade options because there are just not many tools on the market to support options' implied volatility (IV). Think about you can have a stock scanner for 5K stocks, and then compare that to a scanner of at least 5K*10(strike)*10(expirations) = 500K options IV. On top of that, if you need to see IV history for each options, the data are overwhelming. Not saying you can't trade, but definitely there are money on the table that retail customers can't easily access.

Umar trades like my mentor and has a similar approach because they both see it the same way. You must accept that you've already lost money before you get into a trade that hasn't worked yet, and understand that there's a directional bias that the market wants to go towards that week, but it's not guaranteed when that will happen because it's based on probabilities. When premiums are not moving as it goes towards your direction and premium's getting crushed, that means it's time to get out of your trade. If you're not in that trade, then you've already missed the setup and it wasn't for you.
