Hello, I have a big leak in mine. Entire cartridge is gone in about 5 seconds. I inquired about parts or service, Umerex was of no assistance. They won't service or sell parts. What failed in yours? Just wondering if I can source O rings from a hardware/automotive store or is there a different seal that fails in these. Thanks for any assistance you can offer.

@@96wx3 Hello. Mine leaked at the valve and the tube that fits into it. I got it fixed on warranty, however in a few days it leaked again. I am kind of handy so I took it apart. Where it connects to the valve and the other end to the CO2 cartridge holder, I used JB Weld to seal it. That was a couple of years ago. I did recently shoot it and it worked fine. However I have noticed lately it won't hold gas after 20 minutes or so. Time to take it apart again. I think it is a basic problem with them. I would not recommend the rifle to anyone. However it is realistic and fun to shoot. You don't have the noise and don't get gun powder all over the hands. Plus you can shoot it in your basement or other indoor locations. I have two Umarex Walter Lever action rifles made in Germany. Some parts for them are available from Chambers in the UK, www.gunspares.co.uk/. However other than the front sight, none for the Cowboy rifle. I have used the hardware O Ring kits. Under 10 bucks you get a variety of O rings, nothing to lose.

Can you use any kind of o-rings as long as there are different sizes

My hammer is locked in place and the trigger doesn't do shit to get it out of firing position, and I also have a CO2 leak. I should probably try taking it apart and looking.

All I have a cowboy lever action air rifle and I messed up by removing the cap in the front of the barrel that holds the cartridge and now the cartridge is moving inside. Can some one please help provide me some tips on how to fix it?
