A step by step video tutorial of how to ventilate and install the HP Air Stripper, Stand Off, and Baffles.
UPDATE: The newer Origin/Avengers have a screw-on barrel shroud and an end cap that is a two-piece unscrewable but the STP still fits and works without an issue. unscrew the shroud rather than the little screw shown in the video and simply unscrew the battle washer array off the end cap and you are good to go.
A six-piece kit that includes an efficient multiport air stripper that strips and channels air away from the pellet to allow for a more stable and less turbulent pellet launch from the muzzle. The kit also provides baffle chambers to help remove both noise and turbulence in the air stream. The end result is a more laminar air stream which reduces projectile instability and as a secondary benefit, reduces the report of the rifle. Air Stripper comes with o-ring and silicone grease for installation.

There is also a Strip Stak Pak for the Air Venturi Avenger

Hey Hajimoto, great video. I recently purchased a umarex origin from my local air gun shop. It had a leak when they filled it. They replaced a o ring . That fixed the leak . But my question is does the barrel band fit snug on the barrel or is the barrel free floating? Mine is only snug on the air cylinder.
@HajimotoProductions
@HajimotoProductions 3 жыл бұрын
Typically a barrel band is not supposed to be a 100% rigid mechanical connection between to points. It purpose is to eliminate large distance movement which can end up relocating a barrels resting position. As long as the barrel band is securely held in place at one of the two points, it will perform its function well.

Hay hajimoto great job I have to say. This is some of the stuff I was talking about none of this is new and wouldn't coast the factory hardly any thing to do. the advenger is the closest to being the most complete pcp gun for the price. Wich Is by Tyler and is a crosman design for the most part. crosman is also close and also already make the parts but still haven't made the ultimate budget gun in the next couple of years I hope there will be some nice budget gun to hit the market. Real game changers . I can build a custom one from all custom/ crosman parts at the price point with all the goods people want so why can't a factory do it. It would be impossible for me to build as much as they can and they aren't spending as much as me because I pay for mark up and shipping for all parts and have to wait for some parts to go on sale. Just to build one But still can get all the designer parts and put it around 350$ range. That's the only reason I think there slacking off on factory guns🤬. But then again it would leave us with nothing to do but tune and shoot. Keep up the hajimoto mad mods great stuff 👍😉💯🔥✌️

Why the placement and exact size of hole to drill? why not more small holes or larger holes? why the foam ? to slow air ,or to keep dirt from entering the new holes drilled ? thanks.
@HajimotoProductions
@HajimotoProductions 3 жыл бұрын
Holes on the bottom mean exhaust is not in the face of the shooter. multiple small holes means diffuser material is less likely to be forced through. diffuser material is both a filter as well as a back pressure or controlled venting source.

Hi, I am new to PCP and just discovered your video. It is very helpful and interesting to see the internal of the sleeve tubing. I have some questions out of curiosity, I hope you don't mind my asking. 1) The name Hajimoto sounds Japanese and am wondering if your design/business has connection with a company in Japan? come to think of it I have seen air rifles made in China, Korea, Turkey, Germany, England, Spain and Russia but none in Japan. China seems to dominate the PCP market. 2) If the length of the diffuser material is longer, would that increase the efficiency of the diffuser? 3) If the diffuser is moved further forward to the muzzle end and leave an air gap between the diffuser and the front end of the receiver where several (more than three) small holes are drilled into the sleeve tube....would that increase the efficiency of air expansion and escape therefore further suppressing the sound? Thanks

Great video, thank you. So I just got a new Origin a couple weeks ago, and I'm not seeing that set screw for the barrel shroud. @HajimotoProductions
@HajimotoProductions 3 жыл бұрын
Comparing the physical dimensions, the HP SSP does not add any measurable weight or length to the Origin and does a fair job conditioning the air stream as well as reducing muzzle report. The DonnyFL Tatsu will add 4.25" to the length and will require an adapter. The adapter comes in two forms and will add about 2oz more for a total weight add of 6.25 OZ. The suppression comparison is night and day, the dedicated Tatsu will out perform the SSP all day long.
