Umarex TP50 Compact, Sniper Barrel & Aluminium Balls

Nice to see you still around messing with all sorts of CO2 guns! I recently finally got the HDP 50 Gen 1 US Edition (Blaze Orange slide) and have no plans to mess with it, works just fine and the 7.5J from factory is plenty for delivering the pepper rounds (legal here) and will conserve gas when I practice and keep my skills sharp.

Thanks my friend. With 7,5 joule the detent will last a long time also. On the powertuned models the detent will breake after only a few shots. Take care and happy shooting 😃

Thanks. Indeed. Btw I opened it up again and straightned the detent, but it now has a slit in it. Dont think I can use hard balls in it anymore or the detent will blow right out the muzzle...

@@runerebel8441 if you can put the detent from HDP50 with some modifications will be great. I know the detent of the HDP50 compact its similar to HDB68

Yes I can add longer sniper barrels when I have thetuning barrel from HD-24. The pistol is OK but the detent in it is bad. Hope somebody will 3D print new detents for this model. Cheers my friend 😃

Barrel drag is a real thing with co2 markers. I think Florian at HD-24 got the tuning barrels just right by only adding the single 100mm extension. I can highly recommend their 3d printed detent for the HDP 50. However, i don't know if they have a similar detent planned for the compact. Thanks for the video, my friend 👍🏻

Thanks my friend. Indeed. The valvevolume is to small to gain much more velocity with a long barrel. I think Florian only has detents for the HDP50 and not the Compact 🤔

@@MegaSkyline69 i have the stl file for HDP50 detent. Its no same for HDP50 COMPACT. The HDB68 detent looks similar to HDP50 COMPACT DETENT.

From 🇵🇹 Portugal 🇵🇹 👍 I honestly, based on the videos I saw about this model of the Umarex TP 50 compact, think that the gun comes with a design defect, a defect in carrying 8g CO2 capsules instead of 12g, etc, etc, etc . For me, it was a project with a lot of flaws on the part of Umarex, and as they say, what is born crooked is difficult to get right... so no matter how many upgrades are made to this model, nothing is ever right...

I guess so🤔..... The pistol itself is not exactly bad, but the detent is. Hope Florian starts making detents for this model also.... If not its muzzleloading time 😁

Where is the best price for Aluminium Balls? Can I import them to Norway?

I got mine from HD-24, but you can buy them from aliexpress.com also, and they are cheaper. You can import them to Norway. No limmits on aluminium balls 😃
