​@eduardoalejandre4492 yes for sure. So what had happened is that the red tape that supposed to be attach to your clothes. Make sure you attach it to yourself. It lets the machine know that someone is currently using it. That way if you do happen to fall down the machine knows to stop. That was the reason it wasn't activate before.
