Umay P9 Model "Folding" Mechanism is Bogus

This product is advertised as being foldable but that is incredibly misleading. The manual included did not discuss how to fold it so I emailed the company and inquired about it and they sent me this video in response. In order to "fold" it you have to use a hex screwdriver to unscrew the arms of the handlebars. Then you have to unscrew the handlebars from the base of the unit in order to fold down the handlebar.
Using a screwdriver each time you want to "fold" it is laughable - that is dismantling it and having to rebuild it each time you use it. This item should not be marketed as foldable and saying it is misleading, fraudulent, and manipulative.
