Umbria's Hidden Trattoria: A Food Adventure

As I was driving in beautiful Umbria, I was looking for a place to eat. I found this Trattoria in Google maps and found myself having lunch ALONE (there was nobody else there). The local food there blew my mind.

Thanks for sharing this culinary experience. The food was just up my alley 👍 I visited Umbria a handful of times and you really get wonderful and most often their traditional food. I recommend Umbria Jazz as dessert 😉

I have just found your channel and I love it the food looks divine, I would try anything except for the ïntestines/offal. I have only been once to Italy but looking forward to another trip in 2022.

You mention that the food is not necessarily healthy, though I would imagine there are some meals that would be pretty healthy, even at a restaurant. I’d be very interested to see what you can find for the healthiest Italian restaurant meals. I’m enjoying your videos so keep up the fascinating work!
