Sherrone is over his head. I see why Michigan was hesitant to get a contract signed. He was a great Oline coach when thats all he had to focus on. We need to clean up this entire mess of a team. We have TOO much talent on the team to be playing like we arent going to win a game for the rest of the season. 15-0 to 4-8

There was a profile on him where they went back and interviewed his Oklahoma teammates. Sherrone was a backup OL. They all had good things to say about him, but what stuck out was they said he was a great "cheerleader" for the team and kept guys from getting down on themselves. That is probably his best quality, as a cheerleader, but great teams have coaches that are tough and demand execution and precision.

This man was mentored by Bob Stoops and Jim Harbaugh and has 4 wins WITHOUT a damn QB which was not his fault because the portal was closed when he got hired.. He is not in over his head.. the line has improved the WRs got great separation on Saturday which was an improvement but the QB room is just bad and there is no fix for it this season so it is what it is.. A lot of points was left on the field but by no stretch is he over his head.. He’s just gonna have to get it out the mud like Harbaugh did and build the program back up after all the departures.. this could easily be a 1 win team.. Give the coach some damn credit

Honestly if you fixed the QB play a lot of the issues with this team are gone, they’ve cumulatively had 12 turnovers and just missed a ton of throws, if we had JJ still this is probably a 6-1 team

@@Michael-rx6ji There are multiple low-lights over the past few weeks where Loveland and Morgan have been wiiiiiiiiiiiide open and they didn't even get a look.

For those of you clueless who blame Jim Harbaugh, just remember that Harbaugh left a Top 3 program, produced 3 consecutive B1G championships and 1 NC and left a pretty stocked roster, which will have 4 1st round picks and several other day 2 and day 3 picks in the NFL draft. They will probably have at least 10 players drafted. They are loaded and its on the current coaches for not being able to develop a roster QB who can throw the ball 15 yards accurately, and for not looking in the portal for other QBs and OL other than the guy they got from NW who is just OK on the OL.

The Portal was closed when he was hired .. The Harbaugh carousel caused Michigan to miss the Portal and in my opinion a better option at defensive Coordinator in Dennard Wilson who now coaches for the Tennessee Titans DC.. we also missed the earlier window For a Qb transfer because JJs future was not clear as he was preparing for the National Title no one is going to commit without knowing if JJ was leaving or not or even Harbaugh.. Moore is doing the best he can with what he has unfortunately..Next season along with the Portal we will have a way better QB room..

Honestly if there’s going to be improvement, and you want that improvement to translate on game day, this team needs to run live scrimmages-game scenarios (Quarterback live) 1st team defense vs 1st offense. Tell that D line and Will Johnson and the DBs to not hold back. And find this team a QB that can score and protect the ball against our own #1 D. Idk how else you could get performance to translate on the field. Coach stated they’re having a hard time taking the improvement from the week of practice and executing that on the field on game day. Not an easy fix… but make every day and snap a game day scenario. This team can finish off really strong this year. GO BLUE

He is not practicing he has only been on the field since the WSH game because of NIL committed $$$ He may dress for games and play a series but Will come out ASAP and say he is hurt. And there lies the problem, sherone really couldn't articulate an answer to a single question & if you can't do that, how the heck can he be entrusted to coach a winning team? Sherone was a good assistant coach, but as a head coach, he is ineffective because it's not like they don't have a talented roster...all the discipline and fundamentals of sound play have been thrown out...🤷‍♀️

To the young men of faith on team 145 who may read this: Jesus Christ is your stability no matter what happens in life or football. When you're in the spotlight, people are going to congratulate you when you win and grumble when you lose, but Jesus is always after your heart. He helps you stay humble in victory and lifts you up in defeat. Paul, of course, had a different life mission, but all the same we share the same faith, and I think this is where "I can do all things through Him who strengthens me." As a huge fan, hearing you guys share your faith is more important than any win and it brings joy to my heart and many others knowing at your age and with all the excitement of doing what you do, that you have and are growing and sharing your faith. Funny thing about football. Its very obvious to see a well coached team vs. poorly coached. Well coached teams don't consistently blow assignments, have dumb penalties and turnovers and make dumb mistakes. Those issues get drilled on in practice. The good and great coaches have teams prepared to play and then when game time comes, they just go out and do it.

Honestly from Moore to Campbell right after the natty, they all said they loved the guys in qb room. Ok, nine months to develop them & all of them looked like they never threw a ball in their life. Funny how none of staff mentioning Denegal. At least we saw him throw a td last yr in cleanup duty. This is embarrassing to lose all that momentum off a natty with the 1st rd players that are here.

This is an embarrassment to the university. It is so obvious that these are all coaching errors. They need to be held accountable. They have 4/5 first round guys. This is simply unacceptable.

Its simply ridiculous that the top 4 scholarship QBs on this roster can not throw a simple 15 yard out, consistently in game action. That is inexcusable for college football on this level, let alone for a defending National Championship team. None of those QBs, Warren, Orji, Tuttle and Denegal should be on scholarship. None of them would start for a DII or DIII program. That is how badly those guys suck. You could put HS QBs in there who could do better. Im not even mentioning the egregious clock issues and running the offense in general. This is 100% on the coaching staff for 1) Poor recruiting 2) Horrible coaching and player development 3) Not recognizing how bad these QBs are and looking at the portal. All QBs and all of the coaches should be fired. This is the worst QB play in school history, worse than RRs first season.

Saban was great because he was hard on his players and staff, and had a high standard. You rose to the standard, the standards weren’t lowered for those falling behind. Moore is too soft.

Listen Moore seems like the guy. But he needs to turn this ship around. If he keeps letting Kirk Campbell game plan his job will be on the line. I am still trying to figure out the game plan from last week. Illinois couldn’t stop the run but we’re trying to throw it. Get ahead of sticks then throw slants and quick outs. And who are we recruiting for Qb Carter Smith and who else.
