Unlike those who claim to be leaders but could not mix themselves with ordinary employees,too far from them.A CEO who refused to be used by DA and English economists and English government who instructed Eskom to cut down its employees for them to can assist monetary. Molefe refused, telling them that the very employees they complain about, are the ones that brought Eskom to where it was. He was not prepared to unnecessarily cutdown the employees, and he stood by his word. The man who brought up gratuity when black employees little knew about it during recession times. Those who are MKP leaders today have never entertained few rich white people on Africans expenses. They stood by their employees. Unlike the sellouts we see in NGU today. The current president did cut down his own employees, from his farm during those recession times, just imagine a main country leading statesman set wrong precedent (example) to all other business people .
