@@ericg7781 Aba and Umuahia do not have beautiful and well developed modern real estates. However, if you visit Enugu and Owerri, you'd find modern, state-of-the-art developments that are beautifully laid out with lots of greenery. Abia is currently undergoing a revamp after almost 3 decades of neglect marked by corrupt governors. With consistent good leadership, it should catch up with Enugu and Owerri in a couple of years.

You just hate Southeast, Check Estates in Anambra, Enugu and Owerri. There's no region in Nigeria that can challenge SE except Lagos and Abuja which are Federal capital territories.
