I did Trent. I hear an Armory book and a Garage book will be coming out soon. Very cool.

One issue with DnD 5e player's Handbook was the amount of flavour text that you had to go through in order to make a character, it took awhile to do. It was so badly presented. Don't know if this book is better at that. Why not review the game than just flip througj the pages? Do a combat demo or at least character creation, for this though many people might be familiar with that already since it's 5e.

I like the idea of a review with a character creation. It’s very straight forward in this book. Reading it now.

I tried to keep the flavor text to a minimum. Just enough to keep the text from feeling dull, add a little humor, and keep the mood. Since it is set in the modern world, we don't need to explain nearly as much as a fantasy or science fiction book does. I also tried to organize the text so that you can skip chapters you are not interested in.
