I had to boil my metal tip for 45 min before the glue clog dissolved. Good tip on burping the bottle so to speak to get the glue out.

I do all up till the water. So doing the rest. I have broken off so many little balls off the pin, I could have almost used them in shaker cards or as some bling on the cards. Lol!!!!

I lost my journal-making mojo for about three months and my Glitter Glue metal applicator was completely stopped up when I got ready to start again. I do the same procedure as you showed every time I refill the smaller bottle and went through that when I got back to the Laboratory (aka, the craft room), to no avail. I got the black plastic applicator clean but the metal tip kept clogging. I left it for several days in boiling water that I warmed whenever I thought about it. Still worked only a few times before it clogged again. I want to avoid buying another metal tip but I hate the huge line of glue that the black applicator lets out. ARGGHHH!
