I think shark tank India is a marketing platform for startup. This show is backed by VC’s to test product market fit by using trp and market sales after episode is aired. And there must be other metrics for media and entertainment industry .

Sharks are really sharks. At first deal was 5% for 45lakhs which means 9 lakhs for 1%. They agreed on 1cr for 15% which means 3% for each sharks with price of 6.67lakhs per 1%.(They decreased value of there shares themselves without realising it and come on u don't need 5 sharks' experience when you can get 2 sharks as well as more money) In my opinion it would have been beneficial if they had accepted offer of 60 lakhs for 5% means 12lakhs per 1% with experience of 2 sharks.

When he was in need of 45 lacs ..... Why the so called "smart sharks" offered 1 crore? Don't they know the problems with over capitalisation? I think they wanted to exploit the situation and grabbed more share in equity at lower cost. In my opinion Kabra should have accepted 60 lacs with 5% equity and 2 sharks offer rather than 1 crore with 15% equity and 5 sharks (eating up more equity at lower cost and more nuisance in working) Finally sharks are at advantage.

Tried the product. It was good. if you are planning on healthier products... would suggest to have a little more distinct flavor product. I had tried rasberry...it was more subtle flavor. would have loved it more if there was a more distinct flavor of rasberry. it is unique that natural flavors and colours are used... that leaves the tongue with no colour. thanks its a lovely product and could go back to our childhood memories
