She owns the biggest dragonfruit plantation in the Philippines (200 hectares) which started as a backyard garden. Her inspiring story continues to be a motivation to most of us. I planted dragon fruit on the 8th of sep and 5 days later I have 10 sprouts, I put the seeds in a Rubbermaid container with cactus potting mix and put it on the stove and turned the oven on to 300 two or three times a day just till the oven goes off.

LIke any cactus, it needs lots of sunlight. Less sunlight means less fruits or smaller fruits.

Just started to plant dragon fruit here in Florida 2 months ago. It started to have shoots already and a tiny thing hanging which I mistakenly thought it was a flower already...only to find out that it could be an aerial root after I watched this video. I did not know that it has an aerial root.
