i hv 1 doubt, in coversion cost where we take the exaples of machinery rent , why only 1 lac dr to profit and loss, actually it is an expense of 5 lac rent which is dr. to profit and loos account and we will do cr bank account. coz its a rent expense. i understand that is overheads and we have to absorbed the rent value into cost of inventory so lets suppose cost or nrv, cost is lower and by 4 lac we recorded are inventory in trading account and 1 lac dr in profit and loss account. so how it will match the bank account, cos in assest side 4 lacinventory will appear so inventroy part is sorted but that l dr in profit and loss so didnt it mismach th bank account???
