At 29:50, sir says that optimal page size is half of page entry size... why is it so ?

Because in question it is given that the one page table entry is of 4B so 4B = 32 bits thats why

In question number 5 if it is given the physical address space is of 32 bits doesn't it mean the the memory is of 32 bits which is 4B?.....or 32 bits means the physical address consists of 32 bits

This means that the memory consists of 2^32 blocks, now depending on the block size, the memory will have a storage capacity of (2^32)*(block size)

Isn't Effective Access Time dependant on Hit Ratio ?

nope! eff access time means access on main meory so it depends on main memory and pf also depends in m.m becoz we bring the page from sec to main so there access is required.. so both m.m and page faiult rate are needed in eff access time.

In question no 3 if we take the three level in physical memory than it exceeds the size as 7+9+9+11=36 bit but size was already of 28 bit

Page table size is the size of the whole page table and page table entry size is the size of 1 entry=frame no bits+extra bits . Page table size=No of pages*1 page table entry size
