Good but for dr zainab i wll do some correction In craniopharyngoma cysts are usually hypointense on DWI..i.e No diffusion restriction Other thing is posterior fossa crowding occur in chiari 0 and not chiari 1 malformation where tonsillar herniation occur... Thanks
