Who the hell will hate this guy. Some recent activities he done was, 1. Invite students to his house for dinner to inspire them 2. He refuse to use umbrella when he was making a speech in independence day celebrations (it was raining and the students were soaking in the rain, he wanted to be on the same page as the students were) I'm a Naga, and I respect him a lot. He can be the 'Dr Abdul kalam' of North East India.

which part you want to narrate, is it the journey he has made since his childhood, or spirit of human being as a whole under his leadership, or a biography of him being an an inspiration. no matter what may be chosen as a story from above option , name of the movie should be" People's road", with Armstrong Pame playing main protagonist. The theme of the move should be comprising both leadership of the IAS officer , and the human spirit to build 100 km without much help from outside.

Also the government had sanctioned Rs.101 cr in 1982 for the road that Pame built in less than 25 lacs without government aid. Although with 101cr the road would have been better but was never built(You can imagine for yourself the reason behind it) . So Pame's efforts show that even if you are not able to put in place a permanent solution then in the meanwhile at least come up with a temporary one. It's better to do something for the area rather than ignoring it altogether.
