Sir i was tm4 in hyderabad division and now selected in ntpc l5. I have received noc technical resign and releving order. Now i came to join in ntpc but training start after 2 months. So they accept my document but said that you will not join duty without training and said you will be absent till training or you rejoining your last post in last division till training. So i accept 2 option. They gave me a for rejoining in hyb division but hyb division refused me to take duty now new joined division is saying that if you dont take any response from hyb division we will dismissed you past duty(in hyb div)

As per ccs conduct rules If a govt servant absent for a long period which shows that he/she is not interested in job and reflects his negligence towards government service. Negligence is sufficient ground to remove a employee from service.

If an employee proceeds on leave without information or sanction of leave then that absence from duty will be treated as unauthorized absence from duty...In such case it's in the hand of HoD to regularise that period by any kind of leave or treat as unauthorized absence

मैं घर leave ले के आया था ,पर घर पे माता जी की तबियत खराब होगी इसलिए इलाज़ के लिए रुकना पड़ा।मैं ऑफिस में inform भी किया। मुझे 6 महीने हो गए, मैंने proper leave application भेजी आफिस में।office ने कोई objection नही किया।office से contact में भी रहा। मेरी जमा leave खत्म होने के बाद मुझे with out pay किया गया। मैं इस बात को स्वकार किया साथ ही यव भी कहा कि आफिस अगर घर से काम करने के लिए कुछ भी कहता है मैं करूँगा ,औऱ हमने घर से कुछ दिन ऑफिस का जरूरी काम भी किया। क्या आफिस मेरी service break करेगा?? किसी की जानकारी हो तो plz बताए

Sir,i was in unauthorised absence since 9 months .I am in probation period of 2 years and it will end in Nov 2021.After 3 weeks joining in my job I kept leave for 4 months i.e., from nov to March 2020 for preparing some other job.Then lockdown came till 30 th June.and then I didn't join that job.They used to call me and I will tell something to them becoz of that job stress and I thought I cannot prepare for some other exam....If I wan't to join back this june 2021 will they allow me .I want to know , will such absence make me ineligible for any other govt state or central job???.....And should I resign for that job if soo.....???pls tell me....help me.... out.....sir......there is no one to tell me......pllsssss sir..🙏🙏🙏😥🙏🙏hoping for a reply sir........🙏😥🙏🙏

If the authority wants they can allow a government employee to rejoin after unauthorized absence and the unauthorized period will not be counted as service for any purpose
