I'm in Canada and we don't have drugstores that do the deal promos like in the US. So at Ulta, I suspect they have many more deal promos than Target, and they have many more gift with purchase promos as well. Someone has to pay for al these promo products. Nothing is free, unfortunately. The end user eventually, somewhere down the line, will have to pay for the "freebies"

Thanks for sharing this! U wanted to try this but its pretty expensive to me even at wal mart. Can you suggest what color is best if you have warm blond hair with dark roots but with black, coarse eyebrow hairs?

kit smith try the light brunette the colors they come off a little dark or you can use the one im using right jow the dark brunette just be very light handed hope this helps
