Every time you see a 4 vs 3 you have to be mentally prepared because one of the attackers will be bad, in this battle I don't even need to say who it is, you already know who it is. 😂😂

@Joe Onit, Great Channel and always great game replays, including this one. Firstly this was a three defenders v four attackers battle, many people will not even dare do, even though it is much more historically realistic. Secondly 'glitched' in factions are not balanced, so Rome did very well to destroy Macromani. The Chariot General did great. Kush, on any historical metric, is hugely OP in terms of anything historical. Roma Invicta!

It seems that Galic Rome is very powerful... especially that chariot general. Looking at stats they seem a little closer to over powered. and those two praetorians came in a little clutch considering than had a 20 mile run after beating a general.

Absolutely, but very underrated are the Tarantine Hoplites I think. If they didn't get flanked and overwhelmed by Kush and Seleucids, they would have been insane in chokepoints. They were wiping the floor with Royal Peltasts without breaking a sweat. 105 Melee Defense in hoplite wall, wtf.

Yea incredible fight, Th Marcomanni were an actual germanic tribe I think I saw a documentary about them they were written about by the Greeks and Romans My memory ain't the best but I think it was said they didn't gather for a battle but for a campaign and were well trained.

Great slugfest, there. You have done a batte replay on Rome 1 time (that I have seen), was about 3 months ago. Huge settlement though, imagine doing a 2v2 there lol. And fyi the Legatus is not more expensive and stronger than the Bodyguard gen - Legatus is actually 20 cheaper (430 vs 450). All stats are the same except Legatus has -20 armour and +10 HP. Not trying to be a jerk, just fyi

DLC factions against GC factions is like a cat verses dog. GC player has gotta be on their toes as Dlc units are 100% better in stats.

If you can handle chariots then it is a good investment; they could be real gamechangers... In this situation when youre archers are verry close to enemy chariots just let youre units youse there javelins and arrows automaticly . They could take out a chariot unit with somme luck. They will have no javi's annymore, but they will be alive.....

11 mins in and we already know tarsus is going to be gone here in the next five honestly the minute i saw that hes 1v2 i would have just broken off and fallen back dont fight for the walls in all that open area or at least creat a solid front line with all that open space im 13 mins in and its just gaps on gaps on gaps against high damage factions like selucid and kush thats a bad battle to fight fall back to gallic rome

Horrible communication on the attackers side. Didn’t attack as an unified force, pressing the defenders on multiple points with their siege equipment. Also should’ve used their pikes to counter tho se chariots and prevent them from destroying their entire army
