Lots of conflicting information out there about lubricating these 4-point anti-sway hitches to stop the groaning and clunking noise often found when cornering or backing up. Some folks say no lube anywhere because it defeats the anti-sway feature, some say lube the bars at the trailer frame L-brackets only, some say lube only the trunnions at the hitch head and some say lube all 4 points. Equalizer Hitch very specifically says to periodically lube the trunnions at the hitch head on their hitch and they offer a Teflon pad to be installed on the L-bracket but was wondering your thoughts on greasing anything on this Husky TS system.

Our recomendation has always been to not lubricate them per our discussions with Husky. We probably install 75-100 of these systems a year without issue to date.
