Thanks, Kaleb! Excellent tour…..a fun tour. Beautiful remodel for the most part. At this price, I would expect more variety in the materials/colors used so that each room doesn’t look the same. Driveway still needs work, but I guess that is mostly hurricane damage. The pool area is outstanding! 🤘🏻🇺🇸

Hey Kaleb. Power washing goes a long way. 6 beds 5.5 baths? This large home could have had 6.5 baths but let’s see inside. I hope they’ll be paving the driveway. Thanks for showing the before to refresh our memories. Lovely living room but wished it was 1-level as sunken is not orthopedic friendly 😂. Beautiful primary & ensuite. The en-suite is a NYC studio apt. Fantastic closet. Beautiful sunken dining room. Adorable nook and kitchen. Tons of cabinetry. Beautiful laundry 🧺 room. Looks like a 4- car garage and appreciate the extra storage. Lovely 2nd living space. 2nd 1st floor master lovely. 1/2 bath near it. But you showed another bathroom before as well by the 1st primary. 2nd floor cozy loft. Lovely loft , bathroom and 2 bedrooms. Upstairs large enough that both bedrooms have an en-suite and a 1/2 bath when friends over. Gorgeous pool. Just need the outdoor kitchen. Precious guesthouse. The home looks amazing. Well done to whoever refurbished this home. They put some $ into this home. You and Mabel have a great week 🤗

When I saw the house back on the market I tried to find your first video because I remember so many comments said that NOBODY would buy this house because it would be too much work, cost too much money, better just tear it down etc etc. Since this house was on my "If I win the lottery!" wish list I've been following it for about 5 years or so
