Unbelievable Hector Falls in Allegheny National Forest Pa

One of the most unique places I have been. Like straight out of a fairytale.
Bob and I had so much fun exploring the area. Come along with us for a great adventure!

I’ve read about this place, but have seen only pictures. I’ve thought about going several times, but wasn’t sure it was all that great. Your video presents it quite differently and does it much better justice. I don’t think I’ll pass up my next opportunity to visit.

The shot at 12:20 really shows the enormity of the rocks there. I have seen photos of this place but never a video. I would love to know what gives the rocks their blocky squarish shape. Truly awesome spot, great job documenting the location, it does look like some kind of rock fortress like out of a fairy tale or something, awesome !!! What time of day were you there?

How far is it to walk back there from the parking area?

If I remember correctly it was only about a mile. Road driving in slightly rough. Worth it. Magical area.
