But sometimes gambling on Upper Deck Hobby Boxes can be a tough pill to swallow, so buying singles is a good way to know that you are getting your values worth. I have several ordered from eBay to unbox, let's open them up and see what is inside!

People hate on those draft day and first round picks a lot but I like those, in 20 years it'll be fun to look back and see how hilariously young they look. I know what it's like collecting your favorite player on a different team, I have so many Pavel Bure Panthers cards it's kinda nuts, a couple rangers cards too. I like your Shane Wright multi color patch strategy, good call. As always, a very Bold strategy on those Matthew cards.

@ the way I understood it was that you needed to acquire a certain number of epack base sets and then could trade them in for the gold set that would be mailed to you.

I just bought 50 packs of 24-25 Tim hortons packs on eBay. Then got the whole base set + binder. Had them sent all the way to Florida

@ yeah. I bought the full base set and the binder for like 20 bucks. Then I got like 45-50 packs to be able to rip them and see if I get anything good. I just love how the entire set looks. Just like Metal Universe. I love how even the base set looks

@ dude I legit spent like 1200$ one night at like 3-4 AM on eBay. I recently started collecting Star Wars Funko pops, Black Series figures, and hockey cards to decorate my man cave. All very expensive hobbies lmao. Same with hockey jerseys. I went from none to 17 jerseys in 1 year

just an fyi on the gold spectrum FX cards, they are epack exclusive parrellels, to get them people had to combine 5 base cards into a like spectrum rainbow parrellel physical card then take 10 of those to make 1 gold. so each gold is the equivalent of 50 skybox base cards on upperdeck epack pretty short printed but maybe not as short printed as you might hope still great cards and im sure will look great in your collection!

@@PuckRips The rookies and stars only took 25 base, but they were SPs in packs. The regular base cards took 100 to make a gold. I believe that was consistent with the ratio of pull rates. They're nice cards for sure and pretty cheap on COMC considering they're likely scarcer than the purple spectrums from blasters.
