Great recipe. Can't wait to try. However, fresh Kielbasa. I love fresh Kielbasa. Is this recipe the same but not smoked?

If it is coming to a smoking temperature, I usually set 175 F - 200 F. Never, cross 200 F. I place a temperature probe inside the sausage or any meat that I'm about to smoke and set the temperature for 69 C. Thank you so much for watching. Have a wonderful day 💕
