I’m American and I live in Ohio. My great grandparents on my grandmothers side were from Poland. I don’t know much about my heritage but I do love polish cooking! KZbin suggested your videos and I am enjoying learning from you 🙂

Thank you for sharing the family story. Welcome to my polish kitchen. Did you try DNA testing? When I did mine, they showed me from what part of Poland I'm from. I was stunned with the results. Thank you for finding me. Have wonderful day

I’m English but have lived in America for 29 years now. I met my American husband when we both worked for an American company in England. We’ve lived in a few different places in the US but we’ve been in Massachusetts for 18 years and this is where we want to stay 😊

There is really no need to risk cutting yourself by making horizontal cuts in the onion. Just make the usual vertical cuts before slicing crosswise and the natural divisions in the onion will cause it to break up into small pieces. This looks like a good recipe. Your family is lucky to have you.

Thank you for your tip. For this recipe, I need big chunks of onion, so I do it that way. Thank you for watching. Have a wonderful day ❤️ 😍 💖

That looks so good. Did you use pork shoulder?
@Whatsuppolishsister2 ай бұрын
I used pork shoulder with the bone. My grandma sliced pork shoulder and simmered it in the butter. I decided to twist her recipe 😋. Thank you so much for watching. Have a wonderful day 💕
